To allow enough time for all patients and surgeries, we operate primarily by appointments. Emergencies will always receive immediate attention and care. Unfortunately, we can’t anticipate when emergencies will occur. We will make every effort to stay on schedule or to inform you of an emergency so that you can reschedule your appointment.
For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area. Cats should be in a carrier or on a leash.
Please complete your client form ahead of time. If you are unable to attach any history directly to your new client/patient form, please bring a copy of your pet’s previous veterinary records as well (or you can have them emailed or faxed to our office before your appointment).
