To allow enough time for all patients and surgeries, we operate primarily by appointments. Emergencies will always receive immediate attention and care. Unfortunately, we can’t predict when emergencies will occur. We will make every effort to stay on schedule or to inform you of an emergency so that you can reschedule your appointment.
We will do our best when making an appointment to accommodate your schedule. If you are unable to arrange a time to come in for an appointment, we can arrange to have you drop your pet off. A drop off means that you will leave your pet with us to examine and treat and then pick him/her up at a later time.
Please let us know if you have a doctor preference when calling to make your appointment.
For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area. Cats should be in a carrier or on a leash.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we are asking that you give us minimum of a 2 hour notice. This allows us to open the appointment up for another patient to be seen.
For preventive care visits, we request that you bring a stool sample less than 24 hours old to your appointment.
