Appointments
To allow enough time for all patients and surgeries, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergencies will always receive immediate attention and care. Unfortunately, we can’t predict when emergencies will occur. We will make every effort to stay on schedule or to inform you of an emergency so that you can reschedule your appointment.
We will do our best when making an appointment to accommodate your schedule. If you are unable to arrange a time to come in for an appointment, we can arrange to have you drop your pet off. A drop-off means that you will leave your pet with us to examine and treat it and then pick him/her up later.
Please let us know if you have a doctor preference when calling to make your appointment.
For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area. Cats should be in a carrier or on a leash.
For preventive care visits, we request that you bring a stool sample less than 24 hours old to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice to allow us to open the appointment for another patient to be seen. There may be a no-show/late cancellation fee if less than 24 hours' notice is given.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including AMEX, Discover, Google/Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, ScratchPay, and CareCredit, along with cash and checks.
CareCredit is a personal line of credit for healthcare, both human and veterinary, that works like a credit card. To apply, click here for the CareCredit Online Credit Application or call their 24/7 phone number at 1-800-365-8295.
